Is there a swimming pool in the resort?

Answer : No

How safe is the resort?

Answer : Safety is our first priority. We have 24/7 Security gaurd avaiable. Fire alarms fixed in rooms. Kindly ensure the safekeeping of your belongings and put valuable items in the locker provided. The management accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage of personal items or valuables. The external grounds of the villas are monitored by CCTV cameras and there are security guards on rotational basis.

Do you have car parking within the compounded area of the resort?

Answer : Yes, Yes there is sufficient parking area is available and its for free of cost as well.

The Internet Wi-Fi is available inside rooms?

Answer : Yes. The FREE WIFI is strongest in the reception area as well as inside every rooms.

Can we bring food from the outside and have it cooked at the restaurant?

Answer : No

How do I confirm my booking?

Answer : On Call.

Can we have a FREE pickup?

Answer : No (Chargable)

Please tell me the Cancellation Policy at Hotel Ocean Bliss Devbagh?

Answer : 1. Cancellation policy is applicable, as and when you are depositing total booking amount in advance.
2. If you cancel, more than 15 days prior to the Check In Date, you will be charged 50 % of your total booking amount as the cancellation charges.
3. If you cancel within 8 to 15 days prior to the Check In Date you will be charged 75 % of your total booking amount as the cancellation charges.
4. No Refund of Advance for Cancellation made less than 7 days Before Check In Date.
5. We take at least 14 working days to process refunds for cancelled bookings.
6. Check in time 2.00 noon and Check out time 12.00 noon.
7. All travelers will have to carry their valid ID proof with address. Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, Aadhar Card one of these. PAN Card is not valid.
8. Amendments to your Booking may be possible if requested 1 months in advance. Request made less than 1 months in advance are subject to availability.

Is ID Proof Mandatory for Guests?

Answer : Yes, only photographic government issued ID's will be acceptable with full address. PAN cards will not be accepted.

What happens when I cannot check in on the date of my confirmed reservation due to travel schedule changes or any other reason? Will there be charges for cancelled bookings?

Answer : Yes

I initially booked for 2 people and now on arrival there are 3 people. We are willing to adjust with the existing facilities?

Answer : Yes

Do you accept Credit Cards or Direct Online Payments or swipe machine?

Answer : Yes Cash, Google Pay, Paytm, and Swipe Machince avaiable. We never accept Cheque.

Can we do 50% payment to confirm the booking and pending payment on arrival?

Answer : No, You must have to pay 100% amount to confirm you booking.

Are the prices exclusive of GST?

Answer : GST is extra and will be levied at the time of payment. The GST rate applicable is 12% depending on the total rental amount.

Can the linens/towels be changed every day?

Answer : Yes, Daily

When is Housekeeping done?

Answer : Daily housekeeping service is available between 08.00 am to 05.00 pm.

Can we have a late checkout or very early morning checkin?/ Do I have to pay extra during early morning checkout?

Answer : Yes (Chargable)

We have lost the keys of the room, do we have to pay for a new lock?

Answer : Please take good care of the set of Keys given to you on arrival. If the keys are lost a charges is applicable. We need to change the door lock and also get a carpenter to do the job. This is done to ensure the room is secure for our next guest staying at our resort. Alternatively you can do the same. The keys must be given to the Front Desk during checkout.

We are 3 people who want to stay at your resort in one room; can we have 2 sets of keys?

Answer : No, As we only rent to one group of people at a time, we only provide one set of keys. This also decreases the probability of losing the keys and increases security.

Can we have extra people in the resort, more than the maximum occupancy?

Answer : Each room has a maximum occupancy which is clearly mentioned on the website. We can’t exceed this maximum occupancy even if you are willing to adjust as it affects our service.

Do you accept pets in the resort?

Answer : We do not service pets at our Resort.

We are having a wedding party and like to decorate the resort with lights and some external fittings?

Answer : Strictly depends on the request : The decorator cannot drill/hammer nails to the wall. It must be done using a tape or by tying, which will not leave any marks. If any damages are done to the wall we will charge you full price towards fixing + one full day's rent + service charges + our time spent repairing it.

Can we smoke inside the resort/rooms?

Answer : No. We have large garden space where you can enjoy smoking.

What if we damage/dirty/break anything at the resort?

Answer : If you damage/dirty/break anything at the villa you have to pay for it. Please note upon check out we need the rooms retuned to us in the same condition it was given to you so we can provide the same service for the next guest. If any item is broken/ damaged the guest has to pay for the item.

Do you allowed bachelor’s or unmarried couple?

Answer : Yes, All travelers will have to carry their valid ID proof with address. Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, Aadhar Card one of these. PAN Card is not accepted.

How close are the resort to the beache?

Answer : Hotel Ocean Bliss, located exactly infron of Devbag Beach, Malvan. See our Resort locations on the Map here

How close is the supermarket/Restaurants/ATMS/Hospitals/Pharmacy/Dentist/Café/Tour Operator/watersports activities etc?

Answer : All these facilities are within 5-10 minutes from our Resort.
